All courses, training programs, PDFs, downloads, materials, assessments, and certificates offered by FESCO Fire Protection Assessment Center are provided for educational purposes only.
Any certificate of completion issued by FESCO Fire Protection Assessment Center certifies only that the online training or course was completed. It does not certify, represent, or guarantee that any person is licensed, accredited, approved, qualified, competent, inspected, authorized, or legally permitted to perform any fire protection, fire suppression, kitchen exhaust cleaning, extinguisher, industrial safety, inspection, installation, maintenance, cleaning, contracting, or related work.
All courses are online, non-hands-on, knowledge-based training only. They do not include practical, field, supervised, employer-based, apprenticeship, or competency-based training unless expressly stated in writing by FESCO Fire Protection Assessment Center.
Any approval, acceptance, qualification, licensing, field authorization, code compliance determination, or authority to perform regulated work must be obtained solely from the appropriate state or local fire marshal, code official, governmental authority, employer, insurer, customer, or Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ), as applicable.
FESCO Fire Protection Assessment Center is not accredited, licensed, approved, endorsed, or recognized by any state, local, or federal government, fire marshal, AHJ, licensing board, code agency, or other regulatory body unless expressly stated in writing by FESCO Fire Protection Assessment Center.
FESCO Fire Protection Assessment Center does not represent, warrant, guarantee, or speak on behalf of any student, customer, contractor, technician, employer, company, or other person regarding that person's qualifications, competence, safety, legal authority, compliance status, licensing status, work quality, or fitness to perform any work or service.
FESCO Fire Protection Assessment Center does not provide verification services to any third party. FESCO Fire Protection Assessment Center will not verify, confirm, validate, authenticate, or respond to inquiries from any fire marshal, AHJ, government agency, employer, insurance company, customer, attorney, investigator, private party, or other authority regarding whether any person enrolled in, took, passed, completed, or received a certificate for any course.
FESCO Fire Protection Assessment Center will not send, resend, forward, replace, reproduce, or transmit certificates, receipts, training records, course materials, assessments, results, or other documentation to any authority, agency, employer, or third party.
FESCO Fire Protection Assessment Center is not responsible for maintaining records for third-party verification, regulatory review, employment review, insurance review, legal proceedings, or compliance submissions. The only documentation a student may receive, where applicable, is the certificate of completion and/or purchase receipt provided at the time of course completion or transaction.
It is the sole responsibility of each student or purchaser to keep, store, protect, and produce their own certificate, receipt, and any other course documentation. If such documentation is lost, misplaced, destroyed, expired, rejected, or not accepted by any authority or third party, FESCO Fire Protection Assessment Center shall have no obligation to replace it, verify it, defend it, explain it, or communicate with any third party about it.
FESCO Fire Protection Assessment Center and Metaverde, LLC are not responsible for any actions taken by any user, student, purchaser, contractor, employee, employer, company, or third party based on the use of any course, training, material, assessment, download, or certificate.
FESCO Fire Protection Assessment Center and Metaverde, LLC are not responsible for any work activities, field decisions, code violations, failed inspections, injuries, accidents, damages, losses, claims, liabilities, business interruptions, property damage, personal injury, death, compliance issues, or any other outcome connected in any way to the use of or reliance on any course or material.
By using this website, purchasing any course, accessing any materials, or continuing with any training, you acknowledge and agree that FESCO Fire Protection Assessment Center provides education only, that any certificate is only evidence of online course completion, and that all responsibility for legal compliance, licensing, qualifications, approvals, field performance, safety, and acceptance by any authority or third party remains solely with the student, purchaser, employer, or other user.
